Again, I did not bike today. Instead, I rode in the support vehicle and assisted in navigating. My health, however, is continually improving with no dangerous side effects from the fluids pumped into me, or the medication I am on. I plan on riding with the team tomorrow.
Today I had the opportunity to see my Aunt Jerri and Uncle Ted for lunch! The team stopped to eat lunch in Patterson, GA, where we found a local BBQ restaurant. The team was blessed by their generosity in purchasing our lunch. I haven't seen my Aunt since my last bike trip two years ago. It was great getting to catch up with them!
Interesting story. We're staying at an Inn tonight, and it just so happens that they experienced a fire in the past. Don't worry though, the other half still looks really good.
Oh! P.S. I saw this awesome truck today.
